This according to Sunflower Summit is the main inspiration behind her new EP ‘When It Snows’. Born from a deep love of snow and winter, “When It Snows” is a collection of songs meant to capture a gentle playfulness and feeling of what it’s like to be so connected with the snow.
Sunflower Summit has always had a very sincere connection with snow. Growing up they would listen to their mom tell stories of her birth, coming 2 weeks early in the middle of a snowstorm. Sunflower Summit likes to believe it because she wanted to see the snow.
All 7 songs on the Ep were beautifully curated and produced by the multitalented Sunflower Summit while two of the songs feature artists like jANiCKA and Katie Dwyer. When It Snows also exhibits the growth and dedication, she has put into her works to perfect her artistry
The songs are meant to be soothing and soft, exploring deeper emotions through metaphor and imagery.
