Man, believe you me, I recommend you to have a listen at Steve Contino. he is just a master of authenticity and telling his personal experiences. It began as early as the age of six when he first met the guitar and started tapping the drums. Life took him through a myriad of directions, but music remained in his heart always.
Steve kind of existed in a dramatic situation. Everything surrounding him became one huge drama: lockdown, loose dates, house parties, theatre. In the middle of this he found himself at home, letting melodies flow and lyrics come to life. Another of those works was ‘Storm’ – a powerful song about the roughness of relationships, which was written when a rainstorm appeared out of nowhere on a sunny beach day.
Through “Storm,” Steve shares his feelings on the track, using soulful singing depicting this world where you can somewhat see the line between vulnerability and resilience.
However, Steve’s story is not just about the music in it. It has been a journey of self-discovery and perpetual growth. From playing in high school bands to striking out on his own as a singer-songwriter, every chord and each verse reveals his evolvement as an artist.
Nevertheless, dude has got his fingers in other things that are not necessarily music – like taking walks, hanging with friends, and steering a software company as the CEO. Yet in any case, he does everything in his power to be on stage and to share his music with the audiences across the globe.
So get ready to go on a journey of Steve’s creative process, the big dreams he has for his future, and all the stories behind his songwriting. He’s planning to release some new songs and remixes soon, and he’s inviting us to accompany him on a journey where he represents the splendor of human interaction through music.
