Julian Tran is a 25-year-old artist, born to German and Vietnamese parents, who was born and raised in Paris and has lived in London. This artist has managed to create a unique sound blend that makes him stand out from the crowd. His music is cinematic, and touching, giving you the perfect form of relaxation.
He writes, records, produces, and mixes all of my work by himself in his home studio, and the result of all that hardwork is his latest piece of art, ‘FANTASY UNLIMITED : PART I’. FANTASY UNLIMITED : PART I is the first part of a 4-part project, with each containing two songs.
The release also marks a trilogy of double singles, FANTASY UNLIMITED : PART I is the first of four parts, each of which includes two tracks, entitled “Entry Into Valley”, and “Parallel Sublime.” This is more of a journey into human consciousness, a nuanced representation of Tran’s inner feelings.
The musician’s work revolves around creative and conceptual thought. It intersects songwriting and ambiance to create a voyage through sound, The attention to every minimum detail is obsessive, early in his career, Julian performed with former band REV and wrote for his prior solo project Sonic Eater.
This project is about creative and conceptual exploration. It meets at crossroads between songwriting and soundscape: a journey through sound. The compositional value is extreme, showcasing Julian Tran’s impressive musicianship, something done with a true passion.
