From Bergen, Norway, comes Electric High, a high-energy rock group that draws inspiration from Black Sabbath, Wolfmother, and Aerosmith. The band’s members come from Sahg, Faith Circus, and Emmerhoff & The Melancholy Babies, among others. Fronted by two aggressive lead singers and propelled by a power trio that emits only electric energy, Electric High aims for the throat.
Electric High draws you passionately towards the 7 wonders of the world, by giving you different types of feelings through a heavily rambling guitar riff and drums.
The theme of the song is circled around making promises, promising more than you can ever deliver, sometimes we end up promising too much in other to get what we want.
A crazy folk-inspired finale follows the breakdown of the entire song toward the end, where the promises of constructing the seven wonders collapse apart in a frail moment of clarity and reality.
The intense rock vocals of the two singers boast ridiculous promises based on historical myths of Zeus, Helios, King Nebukadnesar of Babylon, and the seven wonders of the ancient world.
This is an education in ancient history presented in a manner that is undoubtedly novel to you.
