Talented American Drew Schueler is out with this new single “To Know I Hurt You” where he expresses very deep pain and sorrow.
‘To Know I Hurt You’ is a candid and emotional peek into the mind of someone who has lost everything they care about as a result of their own actions.
It serves as a heartfelt apology, recognizing that even forgiveness may be too much to expect. Guess you can relate to that.
Drew Schueler, a new pop singer akin to Lauv, Justin Bieber, and LANY, is a master at crafting distinctive yet recognizable songs consisting of live vocals and melodies, electro-pop synth textures, electric guitar, and programmed beats.
Drew made his teeth fronting and producing alternative pop bands in Cincinnati and Nashville, but is now breaking into the pop mold.
He not only composed, produced, and mixed his whole debut EP (New Perspective), but he also performed all of the instruments.
“I have always been fascinated by all aspects of creating music,” Drew said. “As with any kind of art, every tiny detail matters and I love knowing everything that goes into my music.”
Schueler works out of his Nashville studio as a songwriter, instrumentalist, and producer, in addition to his developing artist career. Listen to the new one below and follow him on social media via @DrewSchueler.
