There is no cost to gaining an education, and the old adage that “education has no end” is true.
A lot of famous people don’t put a lot of thought into their education since they’re too busy focusing on their careers and art.
In recent years, a number of famous people have shown how vital education is to them by returning to higher education despite the risks involved.
Dr. Cryme (Darlington Kwasi Agyekum), a rapper from Tema, is the most recent member of this group. He recently enrolled in Methodist University Ghana.
He plans to major in Business Administration, namely the Management Studies subfield. Indeed, this will be a degree program.
The rapper told Ghanaian blogger, Blogger In Cap that he was motivated to do so by a desire to better himself intellectually.
The Too Known singer responded to inquiries into his time management by saying, “Sure, work is work, but it’s also necessary to improve yourself and study as well. Given the boundless nature of information, striking a balance between the two is entirely feasible.”
Moreover, he stressed that he is fully committed to graduating from college with honors. Friends and family may rest easy, he has assured them.
Dr. Cryme concluded by encouraging his fellow musicians to do the same, stressing the importance of this issue in modern society.
Dr. Cryme, for the record, attended the Ghana Institute of Journalism. He’s done stints as a host and a presenter in addition to his musical career.
Best of luck to him on his new adventure!
